The Statler is the restoration of a complex, historical building with engineering and architectural challenges demanding modern designs and applications. Hotel, residences, meeting rooms, ballrooms, presidential suites, multiple restaurants, garden court, and a pop-up retail shop- all with unique designs. The complexity of this project required meticulous planning, scheduling, communication, and teamwork that made it all come to fruition.
